Iver's shiny new design.

SO! During my time offline, I managed to finally get around to drawing my main dragon, Iver again -u- I decided to redesign him because I felt like he needed it!! I'm hoping everyone likes it, personally I'm pretty proud of this one c:
Also tried some stuff with the background, sorry if it doesn't look great, I didn't have access to any refs .-. But I'm honestly happy with it!
